About Me
Hello, I’m Anouska.

For years I hid behind masks, addiction numbed me, chaos defined me, and I forgot who I was. Sobriety stripped all that away and left me face to face with myself. It was lonely, but it was also the beginning of belonging.
Through safe retreats and deep reflection, I discovered that healing isn’t about fixing it’s about remembering. That’s why I created The Seeking Mirror: not to tell you who to be, but to reflect you back to yourself
